Go Time Athletics offers a great list of coaches to provide professional training and guidance for young athletes playing in all positions on the field. We look forward to working with all athletes to assist them both physically and mentally to better their game at any level.
Kyler Tsukada

Softball Pitching & Hitting Coach
Coach Kyler Tsukada hails from Kapolei, HI where she attended Moanalua HS. where she was a standout pitcher and hitter.
Coach Tsukada was a 2 year starter at Olympic College where she compiled an impressive .426 batting average, 463. on-base percentage and a 640 slugging percentage. Unfortunately, her career was cut short due to COVID. She transferred to the University of Washington for her academics. While at the University of Washington, she was selected to play on the UW Women's Club Baseball team where she helped the team win back to Back National Championships. She is currently in her final year at the University of Washington where she will attempt to win their 3rd National Championship. Coach Tsukada is currently the West Seattle High School Softball Head Coach.
Kelli Suguro

Hitting/Infield Coach
Coach Suguro played at the University of Washington where after her freshman year became a 3 year starter at second base. In her Sophomore year she was the 2nd base starter in their run in the 2013 Women’s College World Series where they fell just 1 game short of making it to the Championship game.
By the end of her college career Coach Suguro was awarded the NFCA Division I All-Pacific Region 2nd-Team Selection, 3 Time All Pac-12 Honorable Mention, 3 Time Academic All Pac-12 Honorable Mention, Pac-12 All-Defensive Honorable Mention, and made the ESPN SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays of the Night during the 2013 Women's College Super Regionals with an incredible defensive play.
Coach Suguro was a standout athlete at Kentridge High School where she finished her high school softball career as the schools all-time leader in most hits, runs scored, doubles and assists. She was the 2007 and 2008 Kentridge HS Defensive MVP ,2007-2010 SPSL All-League Selection, 2009 and 2010 Kentridge HS Team MVP, 2010 Seattle Times All-Area Team, 2010 Tacoma News Tribune All-Area Team, 2010 SPSL Pitcher of the Year, and 2010 All-State selection.

Nate Santiago
Go Time Athletics
Hitting & Infield Coach
Coach Nate Santiago is a top hitting/infield coach in the area with years of coaching experience. His Collegiate baseball career began at Bellevue CC 2002-2005 and continued at Centenary College where he was the starting shortstop from 2005-2007. He is currently on the coaching staff at Pierce College.
After graduating from Centenary College Coach Santiago turned his baseball career towards coaching and became an assistant coach at Centenary College from 2007-2009 before moving back to the Pacific Northwest where he became an assistant coach under legendary Coach Mark Yoshino at Bellevue CC from 2009-2012. Coach Santiago then became the Hitting Coach at Pierce College from 2012-2014 and from 2014-2016 was the Assistant Coach at Edmonds CC.
Coach Santiago has also run and coached elite select programs, Baden, Easton, ProPlayer and Rijo Athletics from 2009-2018.
Coach Santiago is available for Hitting/Infield lessons Mondays.
Ryan Ramsower

Coach Ramsower,
Ramsower rejoins the Go Time Athletics coaching staff after spending the 2023/24 season as Associate Head Coach for the Utah State D1 softball program. Coach Ramsower is currently the Head Baseball Coach at West Seattle High School.
Prior to Utah State Coach Ramsower was the assistant baseball coach at Lower Columbia College from 2021-22, where he worked with all position players, specifically the infielders, and played a large role in the Red Devils' offense.
Prior to joining LCC, Ramsower was the head coach of two club baseball teams with the Hills Baseball Club from 2019-21 and was a part of the Catalina Foothills High School baseball coaching staff. During that time, Ramsower also worked as a strength coach.
Ramsower graduated from Washington State in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in humanities. He played two seasons at WSU, appearing in 49 games and making 28 starts. He began his collegiate career playing two seasons at Pima Community College.

Jacob Terao

Catching & Hitting Coach
Coach Jacob Terao is the Assistant Operations Director at Go Time Athletics overseeing all aspects of the athletic programs.
Coach Terao graduated from Seattle Preparatory High School in 2017, earning 7 letters in baseball and football, and was a 4-year starter in baseball. In his Senior year Coach Terao was named captain for both the football and baseball team. In his senior year in football, he was voted MVP and was selected as a first-team Metro Mountain Division middle linebacker and first-team running back. During his baseball career at Prep, Coach Terao earned 2 second-team and a first-team all-metro selection as a catcher. Was honored with the Goodwin Award his senior year as the top Seattle Prep male athlete.
Coach Terao was selected as a member of the Kansas City Royals Area Code Team and has played for the Baseball Northwest Travel team, PAC Northwest Baseball Travel team, NY Yankees Scout team in Australia, Yuba Sutter Gold Sox, Bellingham Bells, and the Springfield Illinois Sliders.
Coach Terao redshirted his freshman year and transferred to Bellevue College earning the starting catcher position and being selected MVP for the 2018-2019 season. Coach Terao cgraduated and played baseball at Towson University in Maryland helping the Tigers to an appearance in the 2021 CAA Tournament in North Carolina.
After graduating from college Coach Terao was hired as the Catching and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Hendrix College in Arkansas from 2022-2024 and is currently the catching coach at Bellevue College.
Coach Terao is available for private catching/hitting lessons during the summer season.
